My New Toy

Aiks…

Aiks…

Aiks…WTF??

What is this??

Ok ok, enough of the aiks before I bore you to death…Almost every quarter I will get a new toy…. In Q1, I got myself an 8GB Ipod Classic, then in Q2, I got myself a Logitech wireless mouse and a brand new 2.1GHz Core 2 Duo Acer Extensa Laptop.. Now in Q3, I on the other hand got this - let me introduce you to my new Samsung Digital Camera.

Tah dah!!!

My brand new Samsung NV24HD… And obviously the HD means High Definition… Yeah!!! This is the first ever Genital digital camera with HD from Samsung.. Samsung just launched of late its 2nd HD enhanced digital camera, NV100HD.

I just spent freaking 600 sing dollars today within 2 hrs and I am feeling hell of a heart ache now.. I guess I got to work for another few more months instead of tendering my resignation by Sept end… Sigh!

In fact I already have a digital camera, a Nikon 3100 which I bought back in 2003. Nikon is actually a good camera but the only thing I hate most about it is the double A batteries which do not last long.. I remember once, back in 2003 when I was in Las Vegas, I had to carry like 4 rechargeable, not inclusive of the 2 which was in the camera and all in all when the nite ended I had to buy additional 8 double A batts which I obviously used them all.. Darn!! Stupid Nikon!!

Ok, so what so great about Samsung NV 24HD? Well, it is SAMSUNG obviously, spelt S.A.M.S.U.N.G ok??  My all time favorite brand… Well, soon it will be LG… (hey u guys reading my blog, take note of LG. LG will be the next Samsung.. Trust me)

Damn, Samsung or LG should hire me to write product reviews for them; which actually brings me to my former article here. LT told me once to start writing blogs for product reviews and I didn’t heed her… I guess I only write product reviews when I buy them… Lol!

Since I am on this topic, when I wrote about Omnia (here and here) bloody Samsung didn’t even heed or bother to give me a complimentary unit for me to test or use.. Damn this Samsung.. And I don’t even know why I ended up buying a Samsung camera.. Should have supported Canon instead… Hear me now Samsung??? Soon I will be praising LG as high as the heavens…

Anyways, until I change my allegiance to LG, Samsung is still my favorite brand irregardless if they give me a complimentary unit or not… I checked out the Omnia price too but it was too freaking expensive.. I am actually planning to get 1 for someone.. Cant tell you who btw.. Hehe…

I got the NV24HD from the COMEX (computer expo) in Suntec today. I am not entirely into photography so that is why I didn’t end up buying any SLRs though I contemplated on getting one at 1 point of my life.. The on sale price was SGD599 and as in every COMEX, the price gets lower or cheaper as the days go by. It is the 3rd day of the expo today so the price was slashed to SGD499.. Yeah, you heard it right. I got it for SGD499 and the freebies that came along with it is totally unbelievable..

I got a 2nd free lithium batt, a screen protector, a solution cleaning kit, a mini tripod (for what fuck for I don’t know since I aint no midget or National Geography photographer), an 8 GB memory card and a card reader… oh, and a Samsung Digital Photo Frame!!!

Good deal eh?? Of course.. Juanito always gets the best-est deal out of everything and I don’t regret after buying it.. Just like my N95 and also the 2.1GHz Core 2 Duo Acer Extensa which I also got them from Kiasuland..

Damn, I guess I need to work for more than few more months it seems… On my to do list, I plan to get a Macbook Air, Omnia, Samsung LCD HDMI, PSP and many more… where to get so much money to buy all these?? Sell backside also cannot make that much.. Some more plan to change my car to Honda 1.8 Civic when I go back..

Btw, the pics attached are all taken from my N95… Hey, Juanito is kinda tech savvy too ok… though I might be getting older … but not that old yet la…

Alrite, I have digressed too much… What makes Samsung NV24HD so special (beware, I am biased so I am going to praise Samsung to the heavens of angels) is:

-
It is a 10.2 Mega Pixel Camera (damn cheap for SGD499 compared to its UP – usual price and also to Bodohland. It is selling for ~RM1400 in Bodohland btw. With the freebies, it makes it even sweeter a bargain)
-          It has a 24mm Ultra Wide Angle
-          High definition enhanced for movie recording
-          HDMI 1.2 comptabile
-          OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) and DIS (Digital Image Stabilization)
-          DRIM’s advanced image processing algorithm lets you capture crisp rich color images with exceptional speed virtually eliminating Artifacts and Digital Noise
-          2,5” AMOLED Display - wider 180° viewing angle, enhanced color reproduction, ultra-high contrast ratio
-          Smile Shot – the camera can be set to capture an image just thru a smile
-          Face detection – allows the camera to position and focus on preset faces
-          Blink Detection – camera will automatically take 3 pictures in succession when it detects any blinking
-          Smart touch – basically the function buttons are all soft touch
-          ACB (Auto Contrast Balance) – self explanatory..

Well, you can read more of the specifications for NV 24HD
here.

Tomorrow, I am going to play with my new NV24HD and I will upload some pics to the blogsite hence after… Stay tune..

Cha Siew Pau and Maggi Mee

I do not know whether to laugh or to criticize this lame joke.. Anyways, a joke from across the causeway!

One day, cha siew pau and maggi mee had a big fight. Maggi mee beat cha siew pau up until it had bruises on its pau body.

Cha Siew Pau lost the fight and went back to tell all the pau family;- Kaya pau, tau sa pau, curry pau, and etc.

So together, all the paus went to find maggi mee for revenge.

On the way… they met Spaghetti.. so all of the pau ran to Spaghetti and BEAT the daylights out of Spaghetti till Spaghetti could not say a word,

Spaghetti then screamed ……. ‘what did I do? I don’t even noe you all’..

Then cha siew pau said ..

‘HEH! MAGGI MEE! Don’t think I can’t recognize you after you do REBONDING!!’

Juanito, sad and moody

(narration of the event took place between 25th August and 27th August)

t
his is wat happened.. i went back damn sad and moody.. even no mood to eat dinner though i forced myself to down the chap fan (economy rice)… but seriously no appetite.. so decided to sleep early la… around 9.30pm i went to bed..

u know that monday i had a 3rd party audit right? i was involved in it, as an auditee… so over the weekend i spent quite sometime thinking and raking my brains to make the presentation good.. it was already reviewed by mr bean (my french boss) and he told me wat to do and wat not to do… anyways, i have already got the prep work all done.. the necessary documents, evidence all were prepared up front.

then on monday i mah present la.. present as usual but nervous la.. nervous due to a few reasons… 1 of them because this is my first time presenting here after like 8-9mths since i last presented in intel.. the other reason was because this was a big thing where all the big guns were present inside and i have to not only present but also answer the right answers when asked by the auditors.. and the 3rd reason was, my boss was there… totally a new and different yet kinda tensed environment la..

anyways i managed to present my way thru and i felt it was good if not just ok for a first time.. like i said lor, i last presented 9 mths ago.. and this aint intel.. this is totally a new place.. anyways, knowing me when i have my facts and data right, i will be able to present without any hesitation la.. just sort of like story telling..

then yesterday during the closing, the auditor made a verbal and also written remark openly that he praised the facilities review because it was managed effectively.. when i heard of course i happy la.. mr bean somehow wasnt in the closing since he had to attend an external meeting…so then after the closing, i went to inform mr bean.. mana tau he pour cold water on me.. he said he disappointed with my presentation and i didnt present my facts right..

u know my style.. if i am right i will not budge and let ppl bully so i defended myself la… he said when i present i was like shaky which i admitted and told him the reason.. but then when he said i presented the wrong fact, i stood up to him.. i could even explain to him then, repeating the same thing without even looking at the documents or data… so he gave me an AR la to go check it up.. i mah very tulan la…

good job or thank you also didnt say but on the other hand kena bang by him…. that was around 5pm la.. then at 6pm, he called me and asked how i was feeling.. really tulan la…

this morning meeting was basically to talk abt the argument yesterday… and in turned out i was right.. so i was really pissed this time.. so when i met up with him during the meeting, i purposely and consistently poke him la… he talk a bit i interject.. he say something i object… he say white i say black.. i saja want to poke him.. i poke him until he gave up.. then later on when he realized what i presented was right then only he said good job.. but wat is the point??

……a sad juanito

Malaysia Today New Website/URL

Raja Petra Kamarudin no longer owns Malaysia Today. Raja Petra may have started the original Malaysia Today. But he does not own it any more. Malaysia Today has been replaced by the son of Malaysia Today. And the son of Malaysia Today is owned by the people of Malaysia. The people of Malaysia are keeping the son of Malaysia Today going. It is now called MT Harapan Malaysia and you can access it at http://mt.harapanmalaysia.com/

Spread this message far and wide. Tell all your friends and family that Malaysia Today has died. It died at 6.00pm on 26 August 206, the time and day that Anwar Ibrahim won the Permatang Puah by-election with historic results and which has now triggered his march to Putrajaya. But also tell your friends and family that the son of Malaysia Today has taken over the fight of its father. And this son is called mt.harapanmalaysia.com. Also tell them that the fight is going to get fiercer. The son wants to avenge the death of its father. And don’t forget to also gloat to your friends and family: yeh, yeh, kita menang.

What is this? Stupid govt!!

With my foul mood for the past few days (which I will talk about it in a later posting), I came across an article this morning.. I aint gonna story tell like Pak Pandir in my post today.. But, I am gonna comment about this article with respect to what the country is doing by limiting the citizens to their rights to read, to express in the Internet world..

After reading the article, it got me more foul…

The headlines went like this: ISPs ordered to cut access to Malaysia Today website

Here is an excerpt but be sure to read on from this link

“…PETALING JAYA: All 21 Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in the country have been ordered by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) to block the controversial Malaysia Today website, an industry source revealed…”

Fucking country is becoming like a fuck-up Myanmar… If you dont know what happened to Myanmar then let me refresh your memories.. Sometime before the typhoon struck Myanmar, the country was in chaos which obviously led to a fresh election thenafter. There were internal fightings so to say. And foreign journalists were reporting the events from Myanmar until the govt decided to block all forms of communication so that news would not go out of Myanmar with a snap of a finger.. When I say communications, it covered from cellphone coverage, internet, pagers, telephone and whatever not…

So what the Malaysian govt is doing now to Malaysia Today (as reported in The Star), what is the difference between this fucked-up country compared to Myanmar?? THERE IS NO FUCKING DIFFERENCE!!!

CIBAI Malaysia is equally as rotten and uncivilized… This is the 21st century and this pig government wants to choose to live in a world of their own, is it??? Who now doesnt want improvement and progress?? Dont talk thru ur fucking arses la UMNO.. Up Urs…

We the citizens want improvement and progress irrespective if it opposition ruled or BN ruled.. It is you guys who think the citizens are stupid, let me remind you guys one thing… Even if the IQ of every Msian citizen was only 10, times that with 20 million citizens that will give you a whopping IQ of 200 Million compared to you COW HEADED DONKEY BRAINS!! Unfortunately there are a lot of people whose IQ are 130 and above unlike you guys who have big heads but brain of a chicken!!!

Let’s just see how many websites you can block or shutdown?? You guys want to challenge us, BRING IT ON!!! The govt versus 28 Million RAKYAT MALAYSIA!!! Like I said previously, each and every one of us spit at you once, you will be drowned in our spittle..

Having said this, SCREW U BN!!!

You have just made me more pissed!!!

Guys and gurls, let’s show justice … Let’s start more blogs and bring this fucking useless dicks who represent the federal government down for good.. They are good for nothing except to talk cock and plunder this country. They have forgotten that this country belongs to all Malaysians not BN or UMNO!!!

JUSTICE FOR RPK, JUSTICE FOR MALAYSIA TODAY, JUSTICE FOR RAKYAT MALAYSIA..

…..a pissed Juanito

p/s: I had a funny dream last nite… I dreamt my dracula tooth fell out while I was brushing my teeth… I woke up immediately to feel my tooth if it was still there.. I was thinking that I will not smile anymore with a tooth missing at my young gorgeous age…

Ku Li: PP defeat shows UMNO must change

Guys, take note of the killer bullet (in bolded and italic font)

Statement on the Result of the Permatang Pauh By-Election

26 August 26, 2008
YBM Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah
Member of Parliament, Gua Musang
31 Jalan Langgak Golf
55000 Kuala Lumpur

Today, five months after we met with the biggest General Election loss in our history, UMNO has suffered a landslide loss at Permatang Pauh. This despite the mobilization of the entire leadership and resources of a party that has held the machinery of government without pause for fifty years. This despite a campaign that embarrassed and divided the nation with its ugliness. It is time to face the music: it is we who have been buried:

        - Our leadership is rejected by the rakyat and, moreover, is rejected by our own members. BN’s vote count was less than the number of UMNO members in the constituency. (My comment: This is a serious joke!!!)

        - Within and among our component parties we ran a poorly coordinated and listless campaign against a motivated Opposition.

        - What scraps of credibility the Prime Minister and his Deputy had left after March 8 are gone.

Today’s report card, delivered to a Prime Minister who is accountable also as Liaison Chief of UMNO Penang and Chairman of BN, is impossible to hide: he does not have the minimal credibility needed to run the country day by day, let alone to take it in the new directions we need to go in a complex world. He may not have the credibility needed to keep the country together. This dangerous situation cannot continue, and it will not.

I appeal to the members of UMNO and of BN’s component parties to stand by UMNO in our hour of crisis, and to take a sober historical perspective. The people of Malaysia and along with them, Umno’s ordinary members, have found their democratic voice. They demand leadership that can be trusted to unite our people, to restore confidence in our institutions, and forge a clear national direction. Today is proof that this wave cannot be held back. UMNO must change. We must begin by renewing our Party leadership. I am confident that by December, we shall.

I see stupid people

Writer’s note: I was supposed to paste this article first but I couldnt find it. Somehow I found the other article, I see stupid people again and decided to post it, and… only to find this archive soon after.. Cipet!!

Archive dated 7th July 2008

Damn, there are really stupid people on earth! I was so engrossed in writing my other article that now I have to stop writing it only to write this one. I hate it! I fucking hate it!!!! I hate it when I am all so zest up, happily writing when something more intense stops me out right! And no thanks to these stupid mutha farkers out there!

In fact, many might not know that I am based in a MNC now in Kiasuland after leaving another MNC (which I had served altogether 8+ yrs) back in Bodohland. And I am beginning to regret every moment of it, well not every moment of it… There were a few good moments especially that one moment when the girl came 7 times on me…(me wife apparently got agitated of it and sms me at bloody 2am in the morning asking me who the heck that girl was) or the other moment when I boarded the wrong bus thinking that it was 163 only to realize later on that it was 132. Damn! (Sorry I have to digress a little bit)

Speaking of that, how did I stupidly board 132 and thought that it was 163? Let me tell you what happened actually. In fact, when I post mortem my stupidity, it wasnt really my fault of being stupid BUT it was because of the DAMN FUCKING TREE! I got out from my house 1 morning (as I always have to board the bus to work at the expense of living in Kiasuland) and as I walked to the bus stop, I saw this bus coming.

Let me say this, that all of this took place simultaneously ok? As I walked quicker to the bust, I mean bus stop and as the bus was still cumming coming towards me, flashes of the bus number were visible from a far (as I now ran to the bus stop whilst constantly looking back to confirm the bus number), notably number 1 and later on, number 3 only for the number 2 to be blocked by the tree! Damn it!

So you see, when my eyes sent the signal to my brain upon seeing 1 and 3 and since I saw no subsequent number after the 3 (apparently the bloody tree block the no 2), my superb mental math-cum-logical mind formulated that it was 163. See how the smart I am! The rest was history.

Ok.. Enough of digressing of the day… Let’s get back to the topic at hand. This actually have happened once a couple of months back and now it is happening again. And what really pissed me off was the argument I had with my colleague that lasted for half the day… We argued about it from 10am until lunch, and after lunch we continued arguing about it again until sometime 3pm.. WTBF?? (err.. it means what the bloody fuck and not world trade badminton federation and what not!) I guess people in my present company are either fuck heads or nut case or purely plain stupid! I would opt for all 3 though.

What actually took place a couple of months ago was this. My colleague, Sergeant Ken was working with this corporate guy (here in after he is called Dickhead) on establishing new goals and indicators for Y08. So there were 2 indicators that were very “annoying” to Dickhead because the results of that 2 indicators had a prefix of plus (+) and minus (-) sign.

Let me give you an example:

1. Improvement of safety incident YoY = -10%
2. Reduction of safety incident YoY = +15%

The first time I saw this when I stepped foot on this company, I asked myself, “WTF?!?!” Today I am still asking WTF with a B in between the T and F making it WTBF?!?!

So, Sergeant Ken was debating with Dickhead on the plus and minus sign. Seriously, who the hell that stupid came out with the idea of using a plus and minus sign to denote improvement or deterioration in any possible human ways? You know what Sergeant said when I “quizzed” him? Sergeant said if the number had a minus sign it could mean either ways, similarly the plus sign too and it depends if we are trying to improve the situation or reduce the effect.. Then I exclaimed (seriously exclaimed), what was the bloody use of the word improvement and reduction means?! less the bloody though..

According to Sergeant’s boss, who happens to be my boss said that negative sign doesnt really mean deterioration and I, ’de’ clever one, said, if the word “improvement” is a positive logic itself, therefore as it compliments the minus sign (in the case of example No.1 i.e -10%) thus the answer will still be a negative logic. Yeah! Something in digital logic when two negatives make a positive, u get my drift?

So I continued, therefore the improvement did not realize by 10%, in fact every normal human being would see it as deterioration. To my horror, he said no. In my heart, I was exclaiming WTF NO?!! So, Sergeant Ken explained that due to the fact that the improvement was relative to safety incident, therefore a negative number would mean an improvement of safety incidents did actually take place by 10%. WTF??

Apparently, for example no.2, these smart arses claimed that the +15% means that the number of safety incidents had increased by 15%, by virtue of the word “reduction”. WTF??? So now they are telling me that to reduce the number of safety incident, the result had to be -15% instead of +15%. Hello?!?!?! Are you guys stupid or wat?

Then I continued on just to confirm my fear of them being stupid and asked them what if the statement was “Reduction of electrical usage = 10%”, would that mean it actually increased by 10% or did it not? And to seriously affirm my laying fears, they claimed it worsen by 10%! Holy fuck?!?! I must have graduated from a fuck up university (Universiti Terbodoh Malaysia) and I have been working 8+ years with the most stupid MNC all this while… Damn! I didnt know they were so smart! WTBF?!?!

Anyways, I totally gave up and while Dickhead and Sergeant was arguing abt this, Dickhead blurted out a new found word that I have truly never heard of, and that was - Deprove, an antonym of Improve! Huh !?!?

And today after what had transpired really and truly have made me surrender in 1 way or the other. Sergeant asked me what is the meaning of Near Miss. And being the smart one always, I said Near Miss is go-fuck-urself something that took place which might have caused an unfortunate incident but the impact hence after was avoidable. So he asked me if First Aid cases were classified as Near Miss. WTF?? How can a bloody FA case be classified as Near Miss when an FA case is already after-the-fact? And secondly FA cases are injury inflicted cases (whether it was accidental or not).

Even OSHA elaborated in its definition of Near Miss as an event that takes place without any injury or illness caused but with a potential hazard remains at sight.

See what Wikipedia has to say for Near Miss….
“…A near miss is an unplanned event that did not result in injury, illness, or damage - but had the potential to do so. Only a fortunate break in the chain of events prevented an injury, fatality or damage…”

Damn… I can be a freaking Wikipedia myself - Juanipedia! And the reason we were arguing about Near Miss because some bloody idiot (not Sergeant) was so convincing enough (who thinks he has the bestest Engrish in the whole wide damn world) to say that FA cases are Near Misses because they are Near Misses to Recordable. KNN MCCB!! $#%!%$@…

I give up man.. I seriously give up.. My resignation stays in effect!

I see stupid people again

Archive dated 27th June 2008

In a span of 2 months or less, I have encountered at least 3 stupid incidents. At least 3! Means I have seen more.. But I didn’t have chance to elaborate on so many.. I only chose the potential Top 2 that would make it to the Y08 Most Stupid Award! I am talking about a country with its First World mentality and where it is tipped to be competing with the First World Countries. I understand every country has its share of stupid people. But the glaring incidences that I have witnessed in a way make me not at ease at all because of the fact that we Chinese are supposed to be the 2nd smartest after the Jews, so they claimed.

In a country where the public transport system is one of the best or D BEST, somehow or somewhere along our lives, we will experience the public transport that is in store for the citizens. If you look at Kiasuland, then I can comfortably assume that 100% would have experienced taking the public transport at least once.

The problem is how can someone cock up by not knowing how to read signages? This is an utter shame, least to say for a country like Kiasuland. And today, I will share what happened a couple of days ago.

As usual, I will cross over to the Hub cum Bus Interchange to wait for my favorite stalling 163 bus. If you have not read my previous experience of the 157 stupidity, then it is most likely you will not comprehend what I am trying to relate today. As I mentioned before, next to the 163 lane, is the 157 lane. And next to the 157 lane, is an empty lane which is denoted by nonetheless a blank signage.

In every berth, there are at least 2 lanes, at most 3 lanes; and above these lanes is a signage that is divided into 3 horizontal boxes to denote the bus number accordingly to the lane. Since most of the berths accommodate 2 different bus routes, therefore the 3rd lane is quite often empty or rather a reserve lane for future accommodation (I assume).

How the lane is setup is by having approx a 10 feet long stainless steel rails installed along each lane like a barricade. And above the lane, there will be a signage to denote the bus number which is associated to the said lane. For instance, if there were 3 lanes for 3 different bus routes, these lanes will be denoted by an overhead signage that shows the number 1, 2 and 3; where the number 1, 2 and 3 will be the associated bus number.

So in my berth (not exactly mine since I don’t own it), there are 3 lanes but only 2 are active lanes (as I said, the 3rd lane is a reserve lane). These lanes have an overhead signage that shows (from the most right lane to begin) 163, 157 and blank.

Anyways 2 days ago, as the 163 lane was starting to gather its terrible queue, came 2 ladies (should be in their late 20s or so) totally unsure of which lane to queue because they couldn’t tell which lane was 157. WTF??? They thought the 163 lane was 157. How can the 163 lane be 157 when the signage shows so bloody clearly that the most right lane is 163?!?!?! It takes a simple logic to deduce which lane is which. I don’t understand why people can’t use their cow sense for a minute to figure out such a simple equation.

What happened was totally unimaginable. These 2 ladies decided to queue up on the 157 lane but at the same time leaning to the 163 lane as well. Something like standing in the middle of the road not decided to go left or right… And the funny thing was, they stood quite far out from the 157 queue fearing that they might end up queue-ing in the wrong lane… WTF?? And as a result, the 157 queue was longer than the 163 queue due to their actions.

And when the 157 bus arrived, and when everyone was starting to board the bus, these 2 ladies asked the lady in front of me (who was queue-ing for the 163 bus) if they were in the right lane. WTF?? Isn’t this sheer stupidity? When the 157 bus had already arrived and when those in the 157 queue were boarding the bus, cant they see that they were in fact in the right lane? Geez!

At times, I truly wonder if these people just take things for granted or in Cantonese, they say ‘tok si pin’ or in English it means, study shit books! I am surrounded by stupid people in fact… I hope Vulcan reads this since he looks so highly upon the Kiasuland people…

Forgive and Forget

Someone a long while ago asked me how was it possible that I can forgive and forget that easily? He further asked how can I remain cool when something had happened or when I was in a way hurt by it.

Of course I was dumb-founded. I never expected this guy to ask me such a question. He went on to say that I was cold blooded because I just didnt care or bother about how others would feel when they would actually feel terrible while on the other hand I just made as if nothing happened…

I told him at the onset that I wasnt cold blooded but it was just my nature of being able to forgive and forget without a shadow of a doubt. Obviously if the magnitude of the hurt or pain was greater, then it would have some bearing on me but nevertheless I still could forgive and forget.. I continued saying that though people do have emotions but life do not revolve around emotions. You need to set aside emotions when certain things matter, for instance - mixing friendship into work which is very dangerous in fact…

Anyways, w
hen he asked me the question, then it really seriously got me thinking.. It got me thinking and thinking until I became like this…

Nah, kidding.. It got me thinking.. And I guess for some of the key reasons are maybe because I am not small hearted. I can pick up and let go easily. I dont get bogged down easily by trivial matters. More importantly I am bold to face my problems and learn from them. So in any case, when I am faced with problems, be it old or new, I dont tend to sulk or lose sleep over it… My dept manager once told me (back then when I was with my old company, the huge-st CPU MNC) that if you keep it at heart when you are angry at 1 person, you are the one to lose and in fact stupid because the other guy wont give a fuck about how you feel at all… His words were very true, unfortunately he was just a good preacher but a bad student..

I realized at some point of our lives, we tend to learn valuable lessons, life learning experiences that value more than our own self-intellect. No point having an Einstein brain with 200 in IQ but then unable to handle the ups and downs of one’s life. One can be low in IQ but he manaeuvres thru his life with ease. One can be equally dumb but he manages his lows and highs without any problems.

I have friends who are smart. When I say smart, I mean those with IQ of 120 and above. Those who scored a handful of As back in their school days. But these friends of mine find it hard to come face to face with life. Quite often, they bail out. Why? Kiasu is the word. Or Fear in other words. I posted an article about Fear by J Krishnamurti though.

The funny thing is, these folks can not live with criticisms. They can criticize but when they are criticized they cannot take it on the other hand..

These people quite often live behind their shadows. Not wanting to face their dark side because of several reasons. Reasons like getting hurt, unable to accept, fearful of what might not be, etc… All these are forms of self denials.

If you are unable to face pain and hurt, life doesnt carry on. It goes in circles instead.

Forgive and forget is divine intervention. The ability to forgive makes you humble and the ability to forget makes you noble.

Give more and expect less…God Bless..
